Personal Chef Diploma
The Personal Chef Diploma Program hones your culinary talents, and prepares
you for the technical side of running your own business. This course puts
you head and shoulders above other personal chefs, because you learn business
management skills, how to market yourself, how to use the internet effectively,
and how to avoid the pit-falls other business owners make.

Cook Basic Diploma
This diploma program is an intensive 300 hour exploration and application
of classic culinary techniques. With two-thirds of the program spent in
the kitchen under the supervision of experienced chef instructors, students
develop the real-world hands on skills necessary for culinary success.
This program is designed by professional chefs for very serious recreational
cooks and to prepare graduates to work in the food service industry.

Specialist Chef Diploma
This diploma program is designed for those students desiring to start a
food service business or become a personal chef. The program includes
the material contained in the Cook Basic diploma program and the Entrepreneurial
Skills for Chefs certificate course. If you want to be a personal chef,
start a specialized catering company, own and operate a food truck or
similar food service business this is the program for you.

Chef de Cuisine Diploma
This diploma program is an intensive 600 hour examination and application
of both basic and advanced classic culinary techniques. With more than
two-thirds of the program spent in the kitchen under the supervision of
experienced chef instructors students develop creativity as well as the
production skills necessary to work in the real-world of fine dining.
In addition, the Chef de Cuisine program includes exposure to a wide range
of business topics necesssary for success in the culinary business. This
program is designed by professional chefs for professional chefs. If your

Culinary Management Diploma
This is LCB's ultimate diploma program. It combines the advanced culinary
skills of the Chef de Cuisine program with the business skills of the
Entrepreneurial Skills for Chefs certificate. If you want the maximum
in chef preparation along with the skills to be in business for yourself
this is the program for you.

Red Seal Examination Preparation Certificate
This course is designed for working chefs who have completed, or almost
completed, the 6,000 hour experience requirement needed to sit for the
Red Seal examination and who need to review the theory essential to successful
completion of the exam. This is not a diploma course, nor do the hours
count towards Red Seal or other certifications. The Red Seal preparation
course is however a very efficient and effective way to prepare for writing
the Red Seal Exam and will increase the potential for success significantly.
